Initial consultation is usually a phone call trying to find out what the client wants or needs.
Second meeting is where we sit down with one of the sales team to talk about the fears, budget, plans, where you want to build, etc.
Third meeting is with our in-house architect where you can get your plans designed how you want them. Clients can see the house being drawn in 3D.
Final pre-construction meeting is to make sure everything is how the client wants it to be. Clients have the opportunity to start making selections in our showroom and then we move onto the construction phase.
